Chad said the business called him and mentioned a few of the issues and problems he may have had previously. They offered to have him bring his vehicle back in to be fixed but he did not elaborate any further.

Chad said he noticed several buttons on the seat belt that were smashed. He said there's some dripping fluid coming from his vehicle that wasn't there before.

After talking to Chad about fluid leak, we think it may be condensation from a/c unit. Told him to stop by so that we could take a look at it.
