Great communication, fast work.
After having my VW van languish at another shop, it was refreshing to have issues resolved so quickly at WB VW. Service was great in updating me and moving the work along and getting the issues resolved. One disappointment was after picking up the van, I found a pile of plastic parts on the floor of the passenger side. One was the fuse box cover, the other was a cover from under the hood and the last part was a mystery. Would have liked for everything to have been put back together when it was finished. Other than that, great job.

Consistently excellent service
Just brought my 2009 EOS in for its 4 year service and inspection. Service was excellent and staff was courteous and friendly as always. The only improvement that would give you 5 stars instead of 4 would be to wash and vacuum out my car before returning it to me.

Willing to get you taken care of on short notice I live quite a distance from the facility so normally have to wait for my car to be done.

Amazing Experience!!
I was a first-time car buyer and very anxious about the whole experience. Thomas, Aimee, and Bobby took such excellent care of me. They were so helpful, kind, patient and enthusiastic.
