I had a wonderful experience at West Broad VW - I was able to get an appointment the next day, and they have a very convenient shuttle that could take me to work. Unfortunately they had to order a part but it came in just a few days later and they gave me a rental for the day at no charge. The best part was that the service advisor Geena got my car washed and vaccumed by the time I picked it up! This is really a great dealership and they do not forget about you after you purchase your car.
