As always, superior customer service
You have never let me down. I have always received exceptional customer service from this dealership. I would have given you five stars but for one thing. My EOS was having an issue with the top coming down properly. You had my car for about an hour or so; tightened up a few strings and the bill was over $100 - NO PARTS NEEDED. Seems a little pricy.

On Saturday morning September 8th, my daughter-in-law noticed that my inspection sticker had expired in August. We called West Broad VW and scheuled an appointment right away. Not only were they able to see us that day, once we got there we were in and out very quickly. Our service advisor Stuart Hudson was very attentave and I feel that he went above and beyond to help me rectify my oversight. No traffic ticket thank to my daughter-in-law and West Broad VW!

Always leave happy!
I can always count on West Broad VW to treat me well personally and for my car to be fixed correctly. The service reps - particularly Stuart, Jeana and Stanley - are always friendsly, take time to understand the issues I'm having with the car, and keep me informed of what's going on while its in the shop. Shereen has an amazing gift for letting you know that you and your business are genuinely valued.
I've been satisfied most every time I leave the service center, and any time where that hasn't been the case, they've always been quick to make it right. If I could offer up one suggestion, I think it'd go a long way if they would do a complimentary rinse-off of the outside of the cars prior to returning them; it's a nice feeling to drive off in a clean(er) car, and I wouldn't think it'd take too much extra time.
