"No Customer Service when THEY mess something up"
SCHEDULED an appointment for new tires. Took 30min AFTER I arrived for the appointment to tell me they DID NOT have the tires in the shop....it would be noon before the next delivery would arrive with them. Told me an hour to change them. I would assume (since it was THERE mistake by not having the tires IN the store with a TWO day notice) that my car would be up and tires off WAITING for the delivery @ noon. I show up @ 1:20pm and my car is STILL sitting in the lot and they are eating lunch.....their response is "We'll get right too it" SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE BY THEN! It was after 3:00pm before they called to say it was done. When picking up...there was NO SINCERE apology...just "pass the blame" game on an employee that WAS NOT EVEN in the store to defend himself. I was talking to the MANAGER and there was NOTHING he could do to make this up to me.....no discount...nothing! What should have been an hour out of my first day of summer with my girls was a whole day ruined! SO Disappointed in a place that was boasted as having amazing customer service
