wrong oil
why did you put synthetic oil in my focus? Went in for a $29.95 oil change, (forgot coupon, my bad), & ended up with $70.00 of synthetic!

We use a semi-synthetic oil in all vehicles unless the customer specifies a full synthetic. It is a better oil for the same price as conventional oil. It was also the same oil that was used at the last oil change on 6/30/12. The oil change was only $37 of the $70. The tire rotation made up the rest.
