"Sorry--not happy!"
Jill brought car in for oil change--when picked up the car had a dead battery in the parking lot of Westlink-- A jump pack was used-- and told might need a new battery now??? Had not had any problem with the battery until Westlink "worked on" the car. Now battery won't hold a charge--And car won't start.

Jill came in on 8/31/12 and we replaced the battery. Just coincidence that the battery died while sitting in our parking lot - it was the original battery. All is good now.
