Mark said he brought his vehicle in because his check engine light was on, and his vehicle was not driving right. They did a diagnostic, and it showed a bad spark plug, and the number 4 valve had a problem. This business offered to replace the bad spark plug, and he asked them to change all the spark plugs. They could not replace the number 4 valve, and printed out infomation about the valve and the way his vehicle was running incorrectly from the internet. The valve and driving problems were common in his vehicle, and a national recall had been called for his model.
