Bad customer service!!
I had my oil changed at the superstore well a few days later I had a pool of oil in my driveway. I crawl under my truck and notice that they didn't put my oil filter on tight enought. I ended up buying 3 quartz of oild so that I could drive my truck back down to the superstore. They changed my oil again, but I never got my money back or any free oil changes for what happened. They played it off like it was not a big deal. Won't be back very disappointed.

I thought the service I recieved was excellant- even talking with the mechanic to gain better understanding of the issues. The Mechanic and service rep were wonderful tending to the issues quickly and easily. I appreciated both explained and showed me the problem. Thanks- Great job.

Full effort to deliver satisfaction!
WBLS repaired what was visibly part of my warranty repair, tested the fix, realized there was more required to resolve the problem. Then they troubleshot and isolated and eliminated other likely sources. They had me back on the road with a safe, improved car in time to get the kids for school pick up.

I had an issue with my screen that shows what gear I'm in and the info. for my truck. It didn't work one day but the next day it worked so the dealership checked but couldn't find anything wrong. Which I guess was good.
