Bill said this last visit was frustrating for him and the business. He said he has a new hybrid and there is something wrong with the battery and the computer. He said this business does not know how to fix the issues, so he will bring the vehicle elsewhere tomorrow to see if they can fix it. He said he has been going to the business for years and overall he is very satisfied with their work. He likes that they are extraordinarily courteous and they take pride in their work.
