We brought our Toyota Camry in to find out why it had a slight vibration when driving. We had gotten new tires on it from Sam's Club 5 months ago and had them re-balanced twice, but wondered if something else might be wrong. They checked the air pressure, and wheel balance on all the tires, which was fine. the owner and two others test drove it and concluded that the vehicle was performing as well as the quality of the tires would allow. They did not charge us for all of this diagnostic work, and were friendly, helpful, and caring. I feel as though they went above and beyond any of my expectations, and then didn't even charge us for their efforts. I can't even remember the last time an auto service company treated us in such a generous and complimentary way!
