"Excellent Customer Service"
Everyone here is AMAZING! I think I may have taken for granted just how awesome they are until I attempted to have my maintenance done at the downtown Nashville location. After dealing with VERY rude employees over the phone at the Nashville location, I knew I would NEVER be taking my car to them! The people in Lebanon are polite, kind and caring!! I will never think twice about taking my car anywhere else. Even if it's more convienient to get to another location, the people in the Lebanon location make it we'll worth it!

Our family has bought 4 vehicles from Wilson County Hyundai, and have been extremely pleased with the vehicles. Rob Crockett has been an excellent resource and made the buying or leasing process seamless, advising what works best for each individual's needs. Our family has owned everything from a used Elantra for our grandsons first car to an Equus for us, and now a Santa Fe SUV, as well as a Sonata for our son. Rob, and the dealership have been professional, knowledgeable, patient, and helpful, fitting our individual needs to the car we purchase.

I apologize if you feel your repair was not given the up most  respect and shown the discount on the labor and diagnostics on your repair. Wilson County Hyundai continually compares our services and repairs to like dealers and find we are well below the prices you would find in any other Hyundai dealer. We strive to continue giving the very best service  with our Master A.S.E. technicians and to assure each customer they will get the right fix at a fair price we do not inflate our prices to give a false sense of discounts. I am glad we were able to complete diagnosis and your needed repairs on your 2010 Accent and had parts in a timely manner. "Oil change and tire rotation "
Everyone at this dealership is always so friendly, professional, and accommodating. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation, and I didn't have an appointment. The service tech advised me that it might take a half hour before my car could be worked on, as there were three appointments at that time. I was happy to wait, and about an hour later my car was ready. Always great service there!
