Phone skills need work
Over the phone, my experience was horrible. I expected the worst heading into the service department. Once there in person, things went smoothly. My service was completely professionally and in a timely manner. Don't get discouraged when attempting to call ahead, in fact, I wouldn't recommend calling ahead at all.
