Exceeded expectations
I took my 2011 SantaFe in for the 30000 mile service. The appointment was made over the internet and cost estimate was $139.94. When picking up the car after the service dept. had closed the charges were $450. Since no one was available to explain we decided to pick up the car the next day. The next morning the Service Manager called our home explaining that we had received the superior level maintenance package. The service advisor had not given us this option when dropping the car off. The service manager reduced the charges to the original estimate and gave us a card for a free detailing service all the while apologizing for our inconvenience. We have always been pleased with the service at Wright Way and this experience confirms their integrity. Thank you Aaron Moss, Service Director.
