Bennie said he called them up and told them what he needed. They told him what the price would be. He said the price included a lot of stuff he did not need. He would not recommend this business to others because they weren't honest with him.

Customer requested tune up which was needed and completed. Technician advised customer that vehicle had low compression on one cylinder and further diagnostics would be necessary to determine extent of problem. Customer declined work. We make every effort to satisfy our customer's needs and are honest about problems the customer's vehicle has. However, it is the customer's decision regarding repairs.
