"The staff is always happy to see me and treat me as a person."
This is a terrific repair facility. They are NOT out to make a buck off everyone. They truly care about my wallet but also keep me informed on what needs to be fixed now and what can wait until later. When I need to have major work done (such as a recent brake job) Mike was in and out of the waiting area at least 3x to let me know how things were going and letting me know that I needed or didn't need an extra part.

"Never coming back"
We have had multiple instances where we have had to pay for multiple "fixes" that actually did nothing to correct the actual problem. Most recently we paid $400 to have the rear air conditioning repaired in our SUV. The problem is still not fixed and we cannot get any of our money back. I'm not going to pay to have them guess at the problem more. I will not be going back as this is not the first time we have paid a lot to come home with the same problem.
