s been my go-to for any questions even though we no longer live in WA. I called her recently with 2 questions, the latter about a VIN inspection issue on my daughters wrecked toyota RAV4 that was not purchased at her facility and was in Puyallup in a wrecking yard. She was able to transfer me to her GM Brandon, who advised us to contact Toyota of Puyallup for assistance. Brandon went out of his way to tell us what needed to be done and offered his assistance with helping us and Puyallup (if needed) to complete the paperwork. We contacted GM Rich in Puyallup who was equally amazing in helping us get this done. I was blown away at how helpful sales and service in both facilities have been.
