I have a 2014 Kia sportage that started having a high pitch noise coming from the passenger area when
I drove about 50mph+. I looked inside and outside, but could find no problems. I took it into Francisco's today so he could do a test drive. While the car was making the noise he opened and closed the passenger window and the noise went away. The window was just slightly opened and I didn't notice it.
Because of his knowledge he figured it out and did not charge me. Great guy, Bob from HB.

ould you understand the anticipation of doing that. But what a wonderful experience it was. My salesman, CARLOS, was beyond helpful and understanding. He helped me make decisions when I asked, and offered suggestions or advice when he knew I was seeking experienced wisdom. He was never pushy on the sales, giving me time to come to my own decisions. He turned what could have been a nervous situation for me into one of joyful excitement. I got the Kona of my dreams and left with no buyers remorse. I highly recommend this dealership and CARLOS.

Everyone that works at Savi Ranch Auto is great, super friendly, helpful and i definitely feel I can
trust them. Me and my husband have been taking our cars here for the last 3 yrs since we moved to YB. They have fixed numerous things with our cars, and oil changes ..I never feel they over charge and really trust what they recommend and are super reliable. They also provide these cool summary report cards of what may need to get fixed and when so I have a good visual and timeline of future car maintenance.
Not much to say except that it is refreshing to find a shop that is honest and works hard. I would r
