I have been a customer for almost 20 years and D & S has always done a great job. This time I needed
new tires and a rattle diagnosed. Several options of tires were presented, and I chose the one that I felt best fit my vehicle. They were installed efficiently and I was told about a discount through the company that I Submitted shortly after I had the tires installed.
Several technicians drove the car to determine what the rattle might be and the technician Chris who I have known for sometime came out and discussed what the rattle was and that it was not a detriment to the car, but it was a design flaw in the vehicle. I can trust that whatever they tell me is accurate, and that they offer Solutions to whatever the problem is. I highly recommend D & S Auto anytime I hear anyone needing their automobile serviced, And I will continue to do so.
I feel they have true professional technicians, who are knowledgeable, but also can speak in terms that I can understand and they make recommendations that make sense and they have never made any recommendations or suggestions that I purchase things that I feel were not necessary. As a woman they have 100% of my confidence and I am happy to refer them whenever the opportunity arises. Thank you D&S🥰

Thought there was a transmission issue. They checked over the transmission including dropping the pan
. The issue has gone away (could have been a fluid level issue), in any case a fair price.

I have never been more pleased with a mechanic's work than I have with Sorenson's. They have always
gone beyond what I expected. I am so impressed with this repair shop, when I purchased my last car it leaked oil. I was told by the dealer that I could bring it in to the lot's repair shop. I brought my car in the next day for an estimate and it was more than I could afford at the time. Later I brought my car to Sorenson's and asked for an estimate, it was almost half of what the first repair shop quoted. Sorenson's did an amazing job and my car never leaked oil again. Each time I have needed any work done, I am pleased with the results. I recommend Sorenson's to everyone I know. I usually drop my car off the night before the work is done and they call to explain why my car needed the work done and always took my budget in mind and gave me alternatives. There are never hidden charges, what the estimate says is exactly what I pay. I have been ripped off in the past but NEVER at Sorenson's. I have never had a bad experience with this company and will recommend them to everyone.

John was great. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and easy to work with. The price they cam
e up with for our trade-in was right inline with what I was expecting. When he came up with the price of the car and I countered, he was empowered to go to the computer and figure out the lowest price on his own without having to go to a manager or get someone else involved. Finance still took a long time, but that was no surprise. I would go here again for sure.
