The service department at Thompson Hyundai is exceptional. I would never buy another Hyundai because
of the way I was treated by Hyundai Motor Finance after the death of my sister. The only reason I wanted this vehicle was because it was hers. But all the extra money that it cost me was a joke and even after I paid the vehicle off in full it took them 7 months to give me the title and then I had to prove I paid it by submitting my bank statements. They claimed they had no record of my payment which they gladly took from me after they impounded the car. I had to make 5 payments over the phone with my bank debit card which was over 12k. They made me pay in 5 installments and charged me extra for each one I paid. I had to get an attorney involved and even then it took 6 months to get the title from that point. I also had to pay the fees for the impound. So I do love the service department at Thompson And rate them a 10 but it will be a cold day in hell before I ever buy another one. And I wish nothing but bad things to happen to the people in the deceased department at Hyundai. I can’t give any names because they wouldn’t allow anyone to talk to them just emails and a portal which they kept erasing and blocking me from. All the extra money I had to pay should be reimbursed to me but I won’t hold my breath. Not to mention I had to make 2 car payments because I couldn’t sell my car because I couldn’t drive the Tucson I paid for because no tags title or insurance.
The service I recieved was excellent, the honesty plus openess was top notch. There was a recall fo
r my car for the very thing that was wrong with it and he told me about it which he did not have to do. Marks will be my mechanic from not on. THANKS MARKS!!!!!!!
