I came in in June to see about replacing a back fender and was told they couldn’t get to it till Oct
3. On Oct 2 I heard from them, brought my car in Oct 3 and it was finished Oct 4. Efficient and courteous.
I had a recall alert. I did have to call about the part but very nice in setting up time to be comple
ted. Covid has really put a kink in all service work. They have daily issues too. I think all was handled well through extreme shortages
The Lexus Dealership here in Baton Rouge told me they had to replace my tire that had a nail in it. T
hey told me matter of factly that it could not be patched. It was $300 for a new tire. I decided to take it to Jefferson Car Care and they told me it could be patched for $25. It ran for 7,000 more miles. They are always honest with me and never do work I don't need. I totally trust them.
