I've bought several sets of tires here before and came in with a punctured tire to ask if they could
fix it. They were really booked up, but made time to take care of it for me. Even asked if I wanted them to wash the car (I declined because I'd already taken up too much of their time). They're the best - wouldn't go anywhere else.

and absolutely love it! Michael Cofield assisted me with the purchase and was absolutely amazing! Several years ago, Michael helped me with my first purchase at Serra Hyundai. I was so pleased with the level of customer service provided by Michael that I'm a repeat customer of his and have purchased a total of 4 vehicles from him. I suffer from anxiety issues and in the past purchasing a new vehicle had always been a very stressful and unpleasant experience. After Michael assisted me with my first purchase, he has always made this a satisfying experience! I have purchased many vehicles over the years from multiple car dealers in the Greater Birmingham Area, but had never had a salesperson as friendly, professional, trustworthy, honest, and knowledgeable as Michael.
