Hyundai Fremont was great...however rest of Hyundai provided terrible service
Hyundai Fremont was great. Nick took care of the paint issue very efficiently once I went to Fremont.
The rest of Hyundai including Hyundai America call center and the case manager (Pamela) assigned and her supervisor was horrendous. San Leandro Hyundai also never followed through after they took the pictures...never submitted it to Hyundai. Stevens Creek Hyundai would also not help. This case took 3+ months to resolve because of complete incompetence elsewhere in the organization. I should've gone to Fremont Hyundai to begin with.
I needed to get my air conditioning serviced, but the dealership was too busy, and cannot do anything
besides basic oil changes on the weekend.
I found Autowise using a AAA approved search site. The work was explained in detail, and a reasonable estimate was provided. The work was completed as described, as estimated, on time, and on a Saturday.
I’ve been going to this shop for awhile for the usual maintenance such as change oil as well as other
repairs. The owners are easy to talk to and deal with. They make sure that your vehicle will be checked thoroughly. Kudos to the team!!
