I would like to apologize to service advisor Janeen Gentry for comments I made in a previous review o
f Clay Cooley Hyundai Mesquite. I commented on the time it took to get a part from Hyundai for my 2020 Sonata. I was upset at how long it took being that mt vehicle was at the dealership for about a week. Now Janeen had nothing to do with how long it took to get the part from Hyundai America. But let me tell you when that part finally came in she sprung into action and showed just how good a service advisor she is. In no time at all my vehicle was brought to the service bay and repaired by one of Clay Cooley's excellent technicians and Janeen was calling me at home informing that my car was ready for pick up. Now it was not Janeen's fault about how long it took the part to get to her and I apologize to her for that. But what I would like to do is thank her for her swift action from the time the part got there til the time I picked my vehicle up and for having the car clean and spotless. Clay Cooley should be proud to have people like Janeen in their employ. My service advisor is Janeen Gentry from now on at Clay Cooley Hyundai of Mesquite. Thank You Janeen Thomas Grieve
