are always super thorough and do a great job! Its always a pleasure giving them my business and they really make an effort to provide not only a good service to their clients but great value! I came in saying my engine was loud and I wanted to get a diagnosis done, as well as an oil change. I
nstead of trying to maximize how much money I spent, Franz reassured me I should start with an oil change bc it will likely fix the issue and come back next week for a diagnosis IF I’m still having that problem. Most shops would have just done both bc they’d want to charge me for both.
Franz had a ton of knowledge about my car model (A220). He even went ahead to reach out to the dealership inquiring about my warranty for an unrelated observation he made while changing my oil.
