With absolutely no warning, my battery died while the car was in the wash. Tom was able to give the
battery enough juice to move it from the wash, and then Chris prioritized my job and quickly replaced the dead battery with a new one. I am very pleased with the care and professionalism shown by the Reeder's team. They made a potentially upsetting situation into a positive experience.
The service was good and as always everyone was very courteous. My only issue is that the week follow
ing the service appointment I get a notice letting me know of a suggestion for an additional service. A service that could have been done while the car was there. I’m not sure why that service wasn’t performed but I specifically asked that everything that needed done get done because the car is my daughters car who is in college in Dallas.
Greg and his staff are the best. I have used Greg's for 10 years when needed. I live in OKC and my
daughters live in Tulsa. I can always TRUST Greg's to be honest! I would not trust anyone else. We recently purchased a car for my daughter. Greg looked over the car to make sure it was a good car. While she was waiting for her ride to pick her up while Greg looked over the car. Greg helped her write up an ad for Marketplace to sell her old car as we took it to Greg to see if we could fix. Obviously it wasn't worth putting money in it to fix. We already kinda new that....
I had an accident that required extensive repairs. One of the main components was on back order which
required a much longer return time than expected, but they stayed in contact with me the entire time and worked with my insurance company to make it go as smoothly as possible for me.
