Got a call from Mike last night to make an appointment for my 1st Gen. Toyota Prius following an on-l
ine question to Newman's Auto. Made the appointment for 10 this a.m. and got there a couple minutes early. Had a CHECK ENGINE light and a shroud (cover) loose in the trunk. Less than 30 minutes later Mike let me know the light was cleared and the shroud was re-attached. Mike explained that if the CE comes on again to bring the car back and it will get taken care of. I really appreciate the "extra" care and professional service. Thanks to David and Mike.

Over the past few months I’ve had Kremko Car Care service my vehicle on four different issues . I too
k my car into them after I hit a temporary road sign that the wind knocked over just as I was passing it . I went in for alignment and when I picked up the car Ray the owner told me that I might need a new ball joint on the right side and what to keep my eyes and ears open for and within a couple of weeks I noticed what he had educated me on . I took the car in to him and while fixing that part they informed me that I was in need of a new axel in order to do the work right and be able to feel comfortable with their repair they did all that work and I drove away with what felt like the vehicle I had before the accident. This week I needed new brakes and rear struts I scheduled appointment and took the car into the shop and they had it done that afternoon . I was unable to pick it up that evening so they locked the car up inside their shop to keep it safe and I went in the filling day to pick it up . The price was exactly what Ray had quoted me which is always nice . I drove away and can’t say how good it is to feel the difference all this work makes the car feel . They have integrity and stand behind what they do . Couldn’t ask for more . Their great and trustworthy.!!
