me serious issues once we arrived. Called chelmont to explain what was going on and without hesitation they told me to bring my Expedition in. Never have I experienced service like this at an auto mechanic shop, Brakes, rotors and calipers were replaced and what you might think would be super expensive was priced just right along with the labor. Manny, Raul. Marty and David were phenomenal and instrumental in getting my vehicle fixed with the confidence of driving it back home to Springfield. You will not find better customer service at any other auto center especially when they make you feel like FAMILY. In a time were customer service has gone by the way side it was refreshing to see a business that cared and has taken Pride in what they do. Will recommend to friends and family, my only regret it that I can only give them 5 stars.

Overall, it was a great buying experience. It started off as an eventful day with my car dying early
that morning. I had it towed to the dealership, which I subsequently began negotiation for a trade-in. The negotiations went as well as could be given the circumstances of my visit. We really got straight to the point, which was good. There was no long drawn out back and forth, we came to a quick agreement. They took my car at full value despite the car's condition, which was huge. I owed 24k on the trade-in and in return, I purchased a new Genesis GV80 at below value price. The transaction couldn't have been better, I walked away with a new vehicle, which allowed me to go about my daily business uninterrupted. The only down side to the experience was that I was at the dealership all day from 8 am to 4 pm. Other than that, it was one of my better car buying experiences.

From the moment I arrived I received exceptional service. As I stood in the lot next to my car, feel
ing a little stressed and looking a bit lost a kind gentleman with a contagious smile approached me. He introduced himself as Eugene and asked what he could do to help me. (Thank you Eugene) I explained my situation and without hesitation he told me he was glad I had safely arrived and assured me they would take care of the situation. From there I met another, friendly face named Sam. Although their schedule was already extremely busy Sam, patiently listened while I explained my concerns. Sam, was professional yet friendly with a sense of humor.
Within two hours I was back on the road feeling safe and confident that the issue had been resolved. THANK YOU to all the staff for your kindness, concern, professionalism and for extending your day to help get me back on the road while still servicing all your scheduled customers.
An extra shout-out to Sam for providing outstanding customer service and surpassing my expectation. I especially appreciate the extra time he took to share driving tips for the local area. Lowering Spring Installation and a Speedy Delivery
I had just got some lowering springs that needed installed, so I called up SpeedFactory. They did the
installation for me for about $200. My regular maintenance mechanic wanted to charge me $400! Now the price was impressive enough but they also gave me a ride to my classes at EPCC while they worked on my car. The ride showed up at 9:45 and the driver had me delivered to my class at 9:55. Class started at 10! They also picked me up from class when the car was finished. These guys live up to their name and I felt comfortable dealing with them for the first time. Good first time experience for me and I'll definitely go back for my next upgrade.

k ended up selling truck otherwise would have gone back. Mom fixed her toyota there too then and how first went there and did excellent work. That vehicle replaced with a new Honda otherwise would have continued. Present: Toyota truck needs lots of reconditioning and intensive repairs and new owner is very skillfull, does good diagnosis & work. AA is better than the Toyota dealerships and handles complex work without problem, but very busy so need appt.
