Everything went well. But although the coupon offer was for a full synthetic oil change, the printed
receipt did not state that; it only indicated that it was 5W20. Nonetheless, the sticker they put on my window indicated 5000 miles for the next oil change, instead of 3000 miles.

This particular visit I had Sylvia as my go to person. It was refreshing to see a young person with so much enthusiasm and love for her job and for her customers. She went above and beyond and I really appreciated it.

Reggie's takes care of my M3 and always does a great job. The evaluation is always very thorough and
the repair is completed on time. They are very good about working around personal schedules and do everything they can to get my car in when requested. I am very pleased with Reggie's and will continue to use them for our Audi A5, Audi Q7 and my M3.
