Excellent customer service from receptionist, just too busy and shorthanded to get to my vehicle in a timely fashion.
The receptionist was very upfront, honest, and pleasant. I would have loved to try Genin's out for my
first time; however, the price I was given seemed excessive to me and after checking around, it indeed was. I realize the staffing issues we are all experiencing so the length of time you had my vehicle was likely out of your hands, I understand.
