My whole experience was fantastic. I ordered my new 2023 Tucson Hybrid Limited back in mid July 2022.
I chose my interior and exterior colors along with accessories. Alex (sales) got me to come in and Davey(Mgr) took my order. I did leave a refundable deposit. I waited and received a call on November 4th to pick up on the 5th. Alex, Michael (Mgr) were terrific to work with and took excellent care of my wife and myself. Alex set everything up and went over it all. I would recommend Hallmark to anyone looking for a Hyundai.
If there is a better looking and better built SUV ont the market with all the bells and whistles for the money - I have not seen.

Jay is above and beyond the best person to deal with because he is so kind, yet so genuine. We have purchased many cars in our past and had terrible experiences and usually is combative. This felt easy. Ask for Jay, he deserves all your business and support. I’ll also say Haj was part of our sale and was also great!
The financing with Mike was an excellent experience. He was patient, kind and also felt very genuine.
I needed to come back a week later for something and even though the sale was over, I was still met with kindness and enthusiasm.
I even popped into the service center for a moment and everyone had a smile and jumped at the chance to help me.
I didn’t know a car buying experience could be like this. They are also the Hyundai of Cool Springs so they have customers for life so far.
