My last visit regarded a problem that, after repair, may have been due to that repair or to something
new. I6t turned out that something that had been tightened to the normal recommended tightness required a bit of additional tightness, likely due to the age of my vehicle. I dropped it off and was given a ride home (about 5 minutes from the shop) Almost as soon as I walked inbto my apartment, I received a call from mick, tellingme that my car was ready for pickup.
It's certainly worth indicating how they went the extra mile to get the car back to me quickly but, even more important, they could have said, like some other shops would do, that it was something new and then hit me with a huge new repair bill.
This was the third time there. The first two were for needed repair. That on two of the visites they were completely honest with me is what was most important. Trust is a difficult thing to give these days, given that there are so many, in all walks oflife, for home honesty is whatever they can get away with. That's something that you don't need to worry about at My Family Car Care Center.

I brought my car to CJ's Tire and Auto shop to get the oil and filter changed. I had to wait anywher
e between 30-45 minutes before they were able to service my vehicle. But they got to it and it took them no longer than 20 minutes in order to get the oil and filter changed in the process.
