When I look to have my vehicle maintenance and repair work done by an automotive repair shop, the mos
t important word for me is (Trust.) I need to trust the work being done is done correctly, and not having anything added that doesn’t need to be done. Trust that the repair will be backed up with the promise of a guarantee it was done right or they will make it right.

Van was overheating and the coolant was off color. Called to see when repairs could be made. This is
very time sensitive for me as I work out of that van on a daily basis! It was much worse than I thought.
