Jason said he had to bring the vehicle back twice. The air compressor still wasn't fixed. He wouldn't recommend the business based on this experience.

I called Jason to discuss the problems he expierenced (I have not recieved a call back so far) We originally installed a air conditioner compressor clutch March of 2012, there was a problem with the clutch March of 2013 we corrected under warranty. Jason never called back after with any concerns. I worked with Jason due to financial issues and did not recieve final payment until recently. I am disappointed in the low rating and wish Jason would of reached out to us with concerns there was plenty of oppurtunity since I spoke with him several times in attempt to obtain payment.

Joe did return after the last repair due to noise from the rear tires. The aftermarket wheels on his Jeep did not seat properly and allowed the lug nuts to loosen. We prompty retorqued and confirmed proper seating of the wheels. I spoke with Joe today to be certain no additional problems have occured. I advised Joe that any time his wheels are off in the future we will retorque after a road test to prevent any future issues.

PROFESSIONALISM at its Best!
I was surprised by the service at Amwell Automotive! They sent me a link to review the analysis and diagnostic done, wich included in details the problem my car had plus other issues they detected, they took pics of fluid levels and acidity, checked tires tread wear and more, it took them less than two days to finish the job! I am a DIY guy and I would Highly recomend Amwell Automotive based on my experience!

First visit, pre-purchase inspection
I was looking for a used car, found one, and needed a shop in the area to do a pre-purchase inspection. I picked Amwell Automotive based on the amount of positive reviews I found on Google; I was not disappointed. The vehicle inspection was extremely thorough and yielded a clearly detailed report that provided an accurate reflection of the condition of the vehicle. I was then contacted by Amwell Automotive to discuss the report and answer any questions. Upon request, I was emailed detailed estimates for each of the potential maintenance items and repairs. Once all was said and done, I felt confident that I had a much better idea of the condition of the vehicle I was interested in purchasing.

Very professional and courteous
Very courteous and thorough. I felt like I was taking my car in for a Dr. visit, not just dropping her off at some garage, because the process was professional and organized.

Haven't had any work done yet because I need to wait but I feel confident in bringing her back there when it's time.

I only gave 4 stars because of their hours. Not a deal breaker but for me but they aren't open on the weekend (which I totally understand!) so iit'll just be harder to drop her off and schedule work in the future as it's very difficult for me to be without the car during the week. This is close to home though so it's an ideal place to take my car.

Good service for my aging van...
Amwell gives me a maintenance service, with oil change and fluid checks for a reasonable price. They also give me a list of recommended service, which for the most part I choose not to do since the car has over 150,000 miles and still starts and runs fine, but I don't want to put a lot more money into it.

Great job on my 2011 BMW 328i
Needed to replace the eccentric shaft sensor on my 328i. Amwell Auto did a great job. Job was done quickly, car passed inspection next day and has been driving like a dream. Highly recommend these guys.
