Zion said he spoke with someone on the phone regarding the price and when he showed up the price was not the same. Also, he was told they were testing the brakes and did not inform him they were charging him for the test. He is not recommending them for this reason.

missed dianostics, and would not write down what the problem was on paper after charging 100 dollars to find problem .
after paying a 100 dollars unexpected to find the problem with car . It had nothing to do with what I was told that was wrong with the car after getting another shop to look at it.

Spoke with Debra. She said when this business was finished with her vehicle it was pulling to the left really bad. She took it back and they told her it would just work itself out. Her vehicle is still pulling and she would not recommend them based on the issues stated.

Chris said the facility flushed out the radiator. They replaced the cap on the plastic container and charged him $26 for it. He did not get an explanation for why the original cap was replaced. He's a repeat customer, all was fine other than this, but he is not recommending them for this reason.

Lori said she has put in a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. She went in for an oil change and the business put in a scented filter into her vehicle without her permission. She has family who has allergies, so when she called the business to ask what that smell was the person she spoke with got really defensive and rude with her. They told her that no one else complained. She returned to have them put in a non scented filter, and she was charged a small fee for an air spray inside the vehicle, which she also did not agree to. She stated she feels they had bad customer service.

Spoke with Judy. She said she is not confident in the business anymore even though she used to be. She asked them to check the brakes because they were making a noise and they said they were fine. She purchased 2 tires from them and her vehicle was still under warranty. She asked them to check the alignment and she does not believe that they did. When she took it to another place they said it was terribly out of alignment. She does not plan to take her vehicle to them again.

Sarah said everyone was nice and informative. The staff changed the air filter without her permission and they charged an additional $30. She did not appreciate that, so she told them to remove it. They may have taken advantage of her because she is a woman.

Not happy with the service
It took 3 days to repair my car. That is much more than it should have taken for the amount of work done. Plus the fact the battery went dead while there - because the brake pedal switch was broken and drained they battery. I had no trouble with the brake lights prior to bringing it in for service. I was lucky enough to have noted the lights on when I got home.

Truck repairs
Spent $1069.00 for repairs and our truck was still not driveable.

Thorough and Trust Worthy
They are Quick and thorough at Diagnostics and repair. Buffalo Brakes will let you know what is required for safe repair vs what would be nice to do or a good idea for longer term reliability of your vehicle. They let you decide and don't push for repairs that are "optional." or not necessary at this time. They are true to their word and veteran friendly. They may not be the cheapest, but certainly are not most expensive, their pricing is reasonable for the level and quality of work.

Just an Oil Change
Have used Buffalo Brakes for years. Made an appointment for Saturday oil change. In and out in less than hour. Also did a brake inspection and got honest evaluation. Not the cheapest oil change in market but trusted to do it right.

I have been going to Buffalo Brakes for several years. I will keep going back because they don't try to rip me off because I'm a woman. I've walked out several times, knowing that I was taken care of, several times at no cost to me.
