WE PERFORMED A SAFETY INSPECTION AND PROVIDED A WRITTEN ESTIMATE FOR THE ITEMS WE FOUND, AND A LEGIBLE REPORT. THE ESTIMATE GREW IN EXPENSE AND APPROACHED THE VALUE OF THE VEHICLE DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE REPAIRS. WE THEN DISCUSSED ALTERNATIVES WITH YOU PRIOR TO DELIVERY OF THE VEHICLE. PLEASE LET US KNOW HOW WE CAN IMPROVE THIS PROCESS.
Additionally, I always enjoy dealing with Kieran. But, the new office guy reminds me of a dealer service writer/used car salesman.

This last service was a simple 20K service. Easy drop off and there is an Enterprise Rental 1/2 block away!
