Thomas said this business has nice people on staff. He would not go back because had to take his vehicle back 3 times to get it fixed when they should have fixed it properly the first time. He would not recommend this business because they did not live up to their reputation as the top rated business in the area.

"I am not satisfied, I have been a long time customer, and I will phone tomorrow and I hope I can speak to Marty"
I am not satisfied, I have been a long time customer, and I will phone tomorrow on Monday October 16 and I hope I can speak to Marty. The air conditioning did not seem to be working, and I brought in my Prius. Marty told me the air conditioning is working from the side vents but not the center vents. This was on Friday. I am still sensing the air conditioning is not working. Air is coming out but it is not cold as it should be. Also, when Martys Motors repair my air conditioning July 2016 I was assured this would be a permanent solution. Marty told me on this recent visit (Friday October 14) that he would have never said that. Nonetheless I strongly recall being assured that the repair would be lasting. I will contact Martys Motors and I hope I can resolve this issue. In the past I have been very satisfied with Martys Motors.

"Way overcharged..."
Marty, I came in for a headlight replacement. It took about 10 minutes. I was charged $75 for labor! The total bill was almost $100. I understand your need to have a minimum charge for a job but I think that $75 for a 10 minute job is way over the top. When I asked Patty why the labor cost was so high she told me that the mechanic had to remove the windshield wash bottle. So what? The job still took just 10 minutes. I would have wholeheartedly recommeded Marty’s Motors before this happened. Now I’m not so sure.

Anne said she didn't find the staff as accommodating and friendly as she would have liked. She stated she felt like she was a bother when she was asking questions about the time frame and finding a time that would work for her. Their system wasn't working, regarding the exact amount she owed. She was overcharged, but they did change it to the proper amount after she mentioned it was the wrong amount from the coupon. It would be more helpful if they would be more friendly and accommodating or be able to offer suggestions on how to find a time that would work better with how long the service would take.

"Good service but quite pricey..."
I took the CR-V in for a sticky lock and a leaky cowper. Both problems were fixed but the bill was ~$500. I thought that was quite pricey. I like Marty and feel that he runs a reliable place, but I was shocked by the bill. When I mentioned it to Marty via text, he had no reply. I am on the fence whether I would recommend them to a friend. If I do I will warn them about their pricing.

I would like to apologize for not responding earlier. The system had broken down and I did not get your earlier text. I'm also sorry you feel your bill was excessive. I know that with older cars [and yours is about 20 years old] it's difficult to spend significant sums on mon-vital repairs. Our goal is to be fair in our pricing, and fixing your lock was cheaper than replacing it would have been, and the leak took some time to isolate and a number of parts to repair. Fortunately we got the leak before it did significant damage to your window supporting frame which would have been much more expensive. I know it was expensive but we felt we saved you even more money in the long run

Robert, as I explained to you, it isn't the belt that is squeeking, but your ABS unit, which due to its cost, you chose not to replace.  We charged you $78 to fully inspect your brake system and diagnose your problem.  That seems very fair to me.

We do require that clients put gas in our free loaner car when we lend it to them.  To me that doesn't seem unreasonable

"Great Responsiveness"
I needed to get an oil change before a trip out of town. Called Marty and he worked me in that morning. Did the job quickly and well. Found a dead tail light bulb and replaced it too. Got me on the road the next am without any problem!
