Integrity's use of video to show the car inspection amazed us. They texted the video and followed up with options and quotes. There was no pressure and no hassle which is refreshing. I was in need of a new positive charge terminal on my battery as my old battery had corroded it. My sister recommended I try out Integrity instead if paying out the nose at the dealership. I scheduled an appointment, and that same day they were quick to call me when they had an earlier opening. All the employees are very knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions you have.

While going to the mechanic isn’t always high on my places of to go to. The staff at Integrity make it a much easier process than it should be. I really like the new video I was sent going over what the mechanic saw while servicing my pickup. The mechanic not only fully explained what he was showing in a clear manner, he made it easy for a non mechanic to understand.

As usual, the guys at Integrity did a great job! I had clips missing and shoes loose. The tech that worked on my rig sent me a video of the problems and explained what needed to be done. All of the work was done as quickly as possible, my rig was ready pretty quick. All in all the guys always do a great job. I also like the new inspection report too. Thanks guys!!

I had been told by another service shop that I needed to have my struts replaced on my car. After speaking with my son in law he recommended that I get a second opinion from Integrity Auto. Thank goodness I did. Let me tell you, I was VERY impressed from the moment I entered their office until I left in my car. They were very nice to me and they explained thoroughly what they did. Mike was the one who checked out my car. He was very professional. Mark was in the office and he gave me the news about my car, when Mike was finished. I was thrilled to hear that my struts were just fine. They had every opportunity to tell me differently. But they were honest and straightforward. I will be taking both of my vehicles to them from now on. To have a repair shop that you can trust is pretty amazing especially for a single woman. I would recommend Integrity Auto to anyone.

Regular services done on time and without issues. They don't try to oversell your service needs but they're very keen on making sure the bumper to bumper inspection results are explained - especially safety issues. Reasonable pricing and professional workmanship.

Loraine they are really nice guys. They went the extra mile to take care of her vehicle and they did a good job.

I was on a trip with my grandkids and wife when my check engine light went. I took the truck to Integrity auto service and explaned what had happened the day before, and they found nothing wrong. They reset the sensor light and didn't charge me. With a huge sigh of releaf we finished vacation with no more trouble. Thank you!!
