Under equipped
Denied my car key request because they want to charge 4 hrs diagnostic after they order the key. I called Mercedes of south Atlanta, they did the key as requested and my car started.

Melisa said she would not recommend this business. After having her vehicle for two full days without her permission the owner was still not sure what was wrong with her vehicle. She was charged a ninety five dollar diagnostic fee but was never told what was wrong.

Totally unethical business practices
Dishonest labor practices. This business will charge not for the time it takes to do a repair, which is already high enough because of Mercedes rates, but they will charge extra just to inflate their income. I.E. $95 hr for repair that to remove a fan and replace it with a new part that took all of 30 minutes resulting in a charge of $300 is a rip off! Don't do business here

After service care
I came there to have my car repaired I paid for an estimate which I feel was very well written then I was given my keys to get my car and my wife hit a stud in the ground and punctured my tire and the service tech said it was her fault she should be aware of her surroundings, needless to say I had to replace the tire and I did not return for repair work.

Good but
I've been going to the dealership for 4 years. They do good work, they have a work room for the times that I wait, light snacks and coffee, good customer service, they take time to thoroughly wash my car without asking BUT the labor costs are high. With Unique I get all the same services, quality work, the costs are affordable BUT they don't wash my car without asking and the one time it was washed it wasn't. It was wet. The windows still had my granddaughters' finger prints on them. I was disappointed. It's the small things that truly make a customer feel valued

Too expensive
I don't agree with the idea of charging customers so much money just to diagnose the problem on top of a separate amount to fix the problem.
