David said the service was pretty poorly done. The people broke the new wheel bearing in the process and they did not have the proper equipment and the knowledge to do this. They should have told him this and he would have taken his vehicle to another facility. He was charged $200 labor and when he went back, they told him they did not want to touch the vehicle. He would like the manager to rectify this.

Gilberto said the service took too long, and they told him there were other things wrong with his vehicle that he knew had already been replaced. They looked at it again after he told them that, and then they changed their minds. He will not go there again.

Hi Holegario,

We appreciate your business. When we worked on your pickup, we only installed the brake pads you provided. Unfortunately, without a proper diagnostic on the vehicle it's difficult to correct any issue completely. It's common for rotors to be machined or replaced when pads are installed. Let us know if there is anything else that we can do to help.

Salvador said he went to this business to replace the engine on his vehicle. He said they did not replace the manifold, instead they cleaned it with an oil cleanser and said it was new. They were not honest with him. He went back the next day, and they replaced it.

Thank you Salvador for allowing install the engine into your truck. We apologize for the misunderstanding regarding the manifold, but we did not clean the old one off with oil cleaner. We did in fact install a new one onto your engine. Let us know if you'd like another copy of the receipt for the new manifold.

Fast and Friendly
This place was fast and friendly. They got me right in, didn't try to sell unnecessary stuff and was very affordable. The only con would be the waiting area didn’t seem to be air conditioned. It was a little warm and humid.
