Oil change
It was difficult to find the entrance to the shop and there was not a lot of parking. They couldn't take me right away so I came back when they said they could take me. They didn't take too long doing the oil change and everyone I spoke to was very nice. I was satisfied with the service and price. I drove home into the city on the highway and the cover you remove to do the oil change came off and started dragging under my car. We pulled over and my husband had to slide under the car on the shoulder after an on ramp in the dark and cold to snap it back in place. He could only snap in one so we had to drive to the closest dealer to find the parts to hold it in place.

Forgot to replace the oil cap!
I took my car in for a simple oil change. It took well over an hour as I sat in the grimy convenience store waiting. They told me there was an oil leak (which I knew I had previously had repaired at the dealer, so that was not too much of a surprise) and that I needed back brakes. Considering that the car is less than four years old with very low mileage, I was skeptical about that. I brought it in to my dealer; they said the brakes were fine, but they couldn't tell about the oil leak because the mechanic who did the oil change had neglected to replace the oil cap and oil was flowing all over my engine. Needless to say, I will not be back!

Really?
I had a flat, passenger front. Was sold two new tires...that was fine, I get it; they were both worn. Thing is, I went to pick up my car, to my surprise, two old tires were replaced on the front, new ones I had purchased were installed on the back, with no explanation. Told much later after management & workers could get on the same page, causing the car to be there for there for one extra day. Next morning, woke to a flat tire for work?!!! I reported it immediately and even went in before work...told I probably ran over something (without even evaluating the tire)... yeah, sure, I live a block away...I guess anything is possible.

Patricia said the staff is polite, respectful and nice. However, during the service, a light was turned on that she couldn't turn off and she could not go back immediately, due to a full schedule. When she did come back, the staff was able to find the issue within 10 minutes and correct it.

Just in time
When the battery died on my 7 year old Subaru it could not have happened at a better place! I had just filled the gas tank, turned the key in the ignition - and the car would not start.
Everyone at Auto Repair was SO efficient and helpful. The mechanic
Checked the car, told me that the problem was a dead battery, and gave me an estimate for a replacement. I gave him the OK and within an hour was on my way home with a new battery. I am so thankful that I stopped for gas that morning at my favorite gas station.
