The first faulty part we installed in this vehicle was provided by the customer. Even so, the part was installed properly. The second part we recieved from the dealership turned out to be faulty as well. We exchanged this part for another from the dealership. We compensated the customer with our labor the third and last time. Although we are not responsible for faulty parts provided to us, we do sincerely apologize for all inconvenience experienced while in our care.
