Great Help at the service counter!
Chris was our supervisor that was at the counter when we brought in our 2017 Santa Fe. He was super nice and kind to both me and husband. He explained in the great detail the RECALL problem and what to do if the engine light came on after our test drive of about 15 miles. (it was fine) He offered us a free car wash too because the car wash had gone down. But in the end, it was fixed and they did do a rinse off. I had my oil changed, tires rotated and fluids filled; he explained each cost to us. We chose to do all of it.

Engine Repair due to recall
It was just a bit confusing and inconvenient to bring in the car on a saturday. I have to work during the week and cannot bring it in at that time. WIth that being said, the guy at the counter (Chris) I think helped me and was very good in explaining the recall to us. It seemed a bit ify to have the man tell us to drive about 15 miles and if the engine light came on, then I would have to return immediatly and have my entire engine REPLACED! What the heck???? Not so great of a engine recall! That's for sure!!! So far, no light! I think I am one of the lucky ones that I do not have to have my engine replaced!!!! Thank God!

Resolving the issue as we wait
Chris my service supervisor called back to apologize and they offered some complimentary oil change and detailing to cover the mistakes.
I appreciate that he explained the third party body shop has messed up on the paint and he apologized that few mistakes were not caught before it was released. I understand as I couldn't catch the mistake first thing at the dealership.

They were delivering the car back and glad they are working to fix and make up for the mistake.

Take your hyundai somewhere else
Not alone their service department Is horrible with customer service and quality of work, getting things done right and first time is something they cant do.
Hyundai started making amazing cars but they truly need to look into how they compare to the dealership service iafter they sell the car

DIS SATISFIED CUSTOMER
Had my car in for service, been having issues with my car randomly not turning on, tech said the probem couldn't be found, 1 week later my car just turned off while I was at a red light, it turned back on and made it home. Called Service Dept and was told to wait until it happened again, then call Hyundai Roadside Assistance and they would tow my car over...really? So wait to let it happen again,what if I'm on the freeway or somewhere else? Or was told I could drop off car and it would get worked on, but the tech didn't seem to really want to do that. Not feeling good about the outcome, called again and asked to speak with Service Dept. Manager, that was 3 days ago and have yet to hear back, pretty unprofessional and left a lasting impression.

Poor transmission and clutch system, needs a lot of improvement, Hyundai must come up with a fix for the slippage in the transmission, otherwise I like the car very much. We took it on a 3200 mile trip, the overall performance was good.

Good dealership mediocre service
I did recommend this dealership to a friend a d he bought the e act same car I bought for his wife. Need o say more . Now a. Oil change and a carwash should not take 3 hours however the under carriage shroud for aerodynamic efficiency is bogus Kia has cutouts for filter a d oil drainage learn something from them

I am giving the adviser 5 stars because he deserves it and he has not control over the pricing, but I am still displeased that it takes someone to complain in order to get a response regarding your high prices. Your charges are way out of comparison with place like Jiffy Lube and Pep Boys who also follow your recommended maintenance schedule. In 2014 we paid $27K+ for this vehicle and since then with only 22k miles we have been charged close to $800 in maintenance.
A bulb went out and you wanted $40 to change it. I paid $20 for it in Auto Zone and it took me less than 5 minutes to put it in.

Strong Support for Customer Satisfaction
Took my car in for what was expected to be a warranty issue, but it turned out that it needed a maintenance procedure instead. Service Manager Mike followed up quickly and explained exactly why the procedure was needed and offered to include an additional service also, in the interest of customer satisfaction, which I really appreciated!

Disappointing Service Experience - High Cost and Poor Result
Took car in because the Check Engine light came on briefly and then went out, but I wanted to make sure nothing was wrong, and I expected any issues that could cause the Check Engine light to come on would be covered by warranty (the car is a 2012 but has only 14k miles), plus, I have the Extended Warranty. The service adviser said that there was a $140 diagnostic charge (seems quite steep to just connect a diagnostic monitor) but I agreed. Adviser came out later and said that the Check Engine code was just transitory and they couldn't find anything really responsible for it. But they recommended a fuel injector cleaning for $200 (with a courtesy discount to $180). At this point, it was either pay $140 for the diagnosis of nothing wrong, or pay $180 for a fuel injector cleaning, so I opted for the latter, although it basically seemed to me like extortion. So, after the fuel injector cleaning, the car, which had previously run as smooth as silk, now has a tremble at idle. To make matters worse, the car failed the CA smog test shortly after this service. Called to speak with the Service Manager about this, but he did not return the call. This whole episode leaves me very dissatisfied with both the car and the dealer, and it's not over yet - the car still needs to pass the smog test and I don't know what is needed to make that happen.

Job left unfinished
Disappointed, that after having my vehicle serviced I discovered my coolant tank completely empty and the air intake duct missing in action, leaving the air box wide open to dirt, debris, and water, especially with all the rain we have gotten in Southern California lately. Luckily the engine didn’t overheat, in the 4 days days that I drove the car before opening the hood and discovering these unforgivable mistakes. It’s a miracle that I checked under the hood before driving from Orange County to Mammoth as the car definitely would not have survived that 700 mile round trip journey without coolant.

Service staff was professional and helpful, but clearly overtasked. Parts identification needes to be accurate with delivery schedules improved. Total time for repair, while complex should not have taken nearly a month

Will Empty Your Pockets
I took my car for regular oil change but when i went to pick my car back they charged me $442 saying they did 30000 mile service the worst part no confirmation from my side if i wanted 30000 mile service or no. What if i didnt had that kind of money that time or i couldnt afford to pay that money. i dont recommend Russell Westbrook dealers to anyone. They just wait to empty your pocket withou letting you know anything.

It took way too long
I’ve been going to this dealership specifically for all car maintenance. They are good and my car still runs very well. However during my last visit, it took way too long for a simple oil change. I waited 2 1/2 hours as if I never made an appointment. I have 3 reasons why it should have been quick.
1. I made an appointment
2. I arrived 15 minutes early
3. It was a simple oil change
I understand if they were busy. I would suggest to them to make an express lane for simple stuff.

I would like to resubmit my rating of the service I received. First by only having one rating for the whole experience is unfair to some employees. I would rate my visit in this manner. The service adviser (Matt) was extremely helpful and I would rate him a 5 star. He listen to my problems and explained what they would do to check things out. During my wait he came in and updated me as to where my car was. Then finally came in and explained what the technician found or not found. If someone would Google (sticking steering 2013 Hyundai Sonata) they would see that many others are having the same problems. This is something I believe Hyundai should look into. The over all experience with Westbrook would be a 5 star because I still have the sticking steering that’s no fault of Westbrook

Same as everywhere else
I took my vehicle in for noise when I step on the brakes. I told the guy I think my rotors were worn out. The service guy called and kept me updated with what they found and how they are going to fix it, etc. I told the guy I get off work at 5 so I will have a my colleague drop me off. He said it was fine and they didn’t close until 7. I arrived about 5:20pm and there was only one guy working behind the counter. He had someone on hold while he was helping out another customer.

The annoying this is that I had a sticker on my windshield that states when my next oil change was due and someone removed it. I want to say I think I might have a 1000 miles left but I don’t remember.

Fantastic customer service!
I brought my 2017 Tucson to the dealer on December 26 for transmission repair. As soon as I pulled in the SUV to the dropoff driveway area of the Service Department, Richard was already walking out to greet me, showing his concerns and care about the problems I was having with the vehicle. He then carefully checked out some details on the Tucson, and quickly lead me back to the lobby of the Service Department.
Within a minute or two, Richard got the repair order paper work done, and he explained to me in details what the next steps might be about the repair. When I left, what surprised me was that a courtesy shuttle car was waiting for me outside the lobby, ready to take me to get a loaner car. I was indeed very impressed about this customer service which was super efficient.
After I got home from the dealer that day, Richard called me on the phone and explained the problems diagnosed with the Tucson. He assured me that the problems would be fixed this time.
A few days later on December 29, Richard called and advised me about when the new parts would arrive. This makes me feel aware of the status of the vehicle and what to expect next. Thank you Richard, you have definitely earned the five stars!

Lack of communication and did not get the repair fixed.
The dealer did not get the transmission problem fixed correctly, and may have caused other engine problem. My 2017 Hyundai Tucson SE SUV had only 7996 miles on it at the time it was first brought in to the dealer for repair on December 9, 2017. The repair took 10 days to complete, and the Tucson was picked up on December 19.
Four days later on December 23 with only 8100 miles, the Tucson started having severe engine and transmission noises, plus the Engine Malfunction Indicator is illuminated. The vehicle had lost a great deal of engine power and could not even run beyond 60mph smoothly. Sadly, I need to bring the vehicle back to the dealer again! It is a waste of time and effort.
I have experienced that it is extremely hard to get a hold of the Service department representatives on the phone. What makes it worse is that they rarely call you back after you had left several voice messages. This communication with the customer has to be improved a lot. A text message way of communicating may be preferred as phone calls are not always convenient.
Unfortunately, I won't suggest Hyundai vehicles to friends anymore. I have sincerely requested Hyundai to replace this Tucson with a new one. I will see what they'll say if they want to honor and promote satisfied customer.
