I feel cheated!
Went for oil change for my 2015 Genesis. Got a nail in my tire after service. Can’t prove I got it there, but my tire gauge indicated 2lbs low when I left. My bad for not questioning that, but tire pressure can be off by that much at any time. Didn’t think twice about it and left. By the time I got home it was going flat. Returned to dealer. They wouldn’t accept blame but offered to replace the tire at their cost. What could I do. It couldn’t be patched according to them. I bought the tire. Got home. Tire looked funny. Wrong size! They put a 245 instead of the stock 275. Had to return again to get the correct sized tire. Ugh! I think they should have at least offered to refund my money since I had to return three times! Nope. But I did get a free first oil change. Well worth the $300+ I spent. I will not return nor will I buy another car from them unless they resolve this. Which I doubt they will.

Resolving the issue as we wait
Chris my service supervisor called back to apologize and they offered some complimentary oil change and detailing to cover the mistakes.
I appreciate that he explained the third party body shop has messed up on the paint and he apologized that few mistakes were not caught before it was released. I understand as I couldn't catch the mistake first thing at the dealership.

They were delivering the car back and glad they are working to fix and make up for the mistake.

Take your hyundai somewhere else
Not alone their service department Is horrible with customer service and quality of work, getting things done right and first time is something they cant do.
Hyundai started making amazing cars but they truly need to look into how they compare to the dealership service iafter they sell the car

They’ll lie to make xtra monwy
I went in for recall notice and that service was fine but We were lied to by the staff regarding my oil. I was told my oil was “sludge”. That was blatantly untrue. I had done an oil change 8,000 miles earlier with a high quality synthetic oil. That oil was rated for 10,000 miles. My father-in-law took the car in for me on this service and was unaware of the oil we had used. This precipitated an uncomfortable discussion with him as he tried to reprimand me based on what your incompetent staff told him. I had to show him the new synthetic oil ratings and how long they last. He took it in for oil change to verify and they told him nothing was wrong. I then called to complain to your staff that day. I was made to leave a message for your manager because “he was busy.” Well, a week later and he never called me back. Needless to say this feedback email just reminded me I need to leave this all in a yelp review. I will only return here for factory recall issues and will never trust you again.

Never go there. Bad dealership.
I'm not going there again. My car was working fine when I came into the dealership. I was there just to check the battery light. I told them I will return tomorrow to make repairs but when I tried to leave my car didnt start. I was forced to make repairs there. It was very fishy that the battery just died when I tried to leave.

you brought your vehicle in for us to diagnose your warning light. your battery light was on due to a charging system failure causing the battery drain.
when i spoke to you i explained this would be a unsafe condition for you to drive. the options we discussed were have us fix it, tow to another location,or take your chances driving it. we discounted labor and installed a aftermarket part to save you money.
please call me if this is not correct.

Poor Communication
I used the online website to book an appointment for a recall repair, which was very convenient, but it was not made clear that the parts had to be ordered before I brought my car in, so I wasted a trip. Then the service rep said he would call me back in a few days when the parts are ready. Nobody called after a week, and when I called to confirm it was ready to bring my car in, it took 5 calls and a lot of forwarding around between the service and parts departments, to get an answer that the parts had arrived an it was good to bring the car in.

Strong Support for Customer Satisfaction
Took my car in for what was expected to be a warranty issue, but it turned out that it needed a maintenance procedure instead. Service Manager Mike followed up quickly and explained exactly why the procedure was needed and offered to include an additional service also, in the interest of customer satisfaction, which I really appreciated!

Disappointing Service Experience - High Cost and Poor Result
Took car in because the Check Engine light came on briefly and then went out, but I wanted to make sure nothing was wrong, and I expected any issues that could cause the Check Engine light to come on would be covered by warranty (the car is a 2012 but has only 14k miles), plus, I have the Extended Warranty. The service adviser said that there was a $140 diagnostic charge (seems quite steep to just connect a diagnostic monitor) but I agreed. Adviser came out later and said that the Check Engine code was just transitory and they couldn't find anything really responsible for it. But they recommended a fuel injector cleaning for $200 (with a courtesy discount to $180). At this point, it was either pay $140 for the diagnosis of nothing wrong, or pay $180 for a fuel injector cleaning, so I opted for the latter, although it basically seemed to me like extortion. So, after the fuel injector cleaning, the car, which had previously run as smooth as silk, now has a tremble at idle. To make matters worse, the car failed the CA smog test shortly after this service. Called to speak with the Service Manager about this, but he did not return the call. This whole episode leaves me very dissatisfied with both the car and the dealer, and it's not over yet - the car still needs to pass the smog test and I don't know what is needed to make that happen.

Job left unfinished
Disappointed, that after having my vehicle serviced I discovered my coolant tank completely empty and the air intake duct missing in action, leaving the air box wide open to dirt, debris, and water, especially with all the rain we have gotten in Southern California lately. Luckily the engine didn’t overheat, in the 4 days days that I drove the car before opening the hood and discovering these unforgivable mistakes. It’s a miracle that I checked under the hood before driving from Orange County to Mammoth as the car definitely would not have survived that 700 mile round trip journey without coolant.

This is a copy of my yelp review

I hate to post these kind of reviews but what I have seen regarding service is spot on. Disorganized, on hold for 20 minutes, ended up driving down to get an update.
I actually got the feedback that my service technician was off and so they Would have to get back to me with an update. Me 5 calls over 2 days, never a call back

We have in the past bought three separate vehicles from this dealership. Love our Hyundai's looking for another dealership

Will Empty Your Pockets
I took my car for regular oil change but when i went to pick my car back they charged me $442 saying they did 30000 mile service the worst part no confirmation from my side if i wanted 30000 mile service or no. What if i didnt had that kind of money that time or i couldnt afford to pay that money. i dont recommend Russell Westbrook dealers to anyone. They just wait to empty your pocket withou letting you know anything.

When it was Hardin Hyundai this didn't happen!
When this dealership was Hardin Hyundai, I was treated fantastically, like a valued customer. Now that they are Russell Westrbrook Hyundai, I was misled and pretty much told the additional service was "vital" - which it was not. When I said something had not been done properly last time - I was pretty much told I was a liar and that it did not happen the way it honestly did. My car came out in worse condition than when it went in as my navigation system (which was not being worked on) doesn't work. In the process of trying to work with the Service Manager now about this for over week he told me he will call me when he has something to tell me. REALLY?!?!?!?

1 week of unprofessional representation and 1 week of inability to address the problem.
Car was returned to me FILTHY DIRTY inside and out.
I will not return to this dealership, I will not buy/lease another Hyundai and I will strongly advise against anyone who is considering this dealership and brand.
