"Loyalty to customers"
I have been taking my car to this service center for years. They know me and they go out of their way to offer as many discounts as they sensibly can. Just recently I took my new car in for an oil change, and they changed the oil, lubricated the chassis, checked and topped off all my other fluids and then, on top of that, gave me the coupon discount for the oil change even though I had forgotten to bring in the coupon. Great Service!!

I have been doing business with(Lance) Northside on and off for about 30 yrs. The staff has always been fair as to resolving any automotive issues that my family has ever needed in a fair and timely as well as price manner.

"Great customer service"
We brought the car in for an oil change and tire rotation. The service team discovered a significant rust problem and showed my wife the extent of the problem. They explained the problem and reassured my wife that it was a problem that could be fixed temporarily (2005 Nissan) and she could still drive the car for several more months. I think this calmed her concerns and made her aware of the problem. Thanks for giving us a heads up!

"Prompt, professional courteous service. "
I had a dead battery. Called AAA who dispatched another AAA garage. I told them I would be needing a new battery and make sure the responding vehicle had 1. AAA gave me an ETA , Received a call from that garage. He wanted to know what was wrong with my vehicle. Told him it was a battery and I had requested a new battery be installed. He said he didn't have a battery in his vehicle. Received a text from Northside. He gave me an ETA. Van arrived ahead of ETA replaced the battery. See above.

"Honest, Quick, Knowledgeable, and Skilled"
I was in for my annual inspection. I had to reschedule last minute from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM-it was not an issue, and I was treated with courtesy about the change. My inspection went through without major incident. I was more impressed by the interaction between a young lady and John, one of the senior service managers. I'm not sure what was wrong with her vehicle, but it was "fatal". I was extremely impressed by the research he did with dealers, parts stores, and other resources to determine if fixing her car or getting rid of it was the better option. Of course, she did her part, too;she wasn't a damsel in distress. Honesty and integrity are what John delivered, and he didn't bat an eye when the young lady said something about getting a second mechanic from another business to help her look for a car. Northside probably could have made a ton of money repairing a unreliable car. Made the ethical choice instead.

I got a flat tire in the morning and I left work a little early and went to Northside to see if I could get it fixed and again Northside Auto Center cane though. I have been going there for years and will never ever go anyplace else. They take care of people.
