"Faulty check up"
1st few times in years that I have been disappointed with the work done on my car at Campbells. After having my car checkup done, the next day the radiator hose clamp snapped while I was out & about. I really feel if the mechanic would have done a proper checkup, he would have seen the clamp needed replacing since it was right there!! Also, the noise I have been experiencing for 3 years has YET to be repaired. It is aggrevating to have the same noise when the car is started whether it is winter or summer and no one can FIND it?? Usually Campbells does an excellent job but the last few times my experience has not been excellent. Will I continue returning to Campbells? Of course & I am still recommending my friends there too. Why? Because even my mechanic can't be perfect!!

Mike said that he went to this business for an oil change and to get a leak checked out. He was quoted an outrageous price to fix the leak and the employees did not seem to want to fix it anyway. He added that there was also an issue with his turn signal that they said was fixed by replacing the bulb but it was not fixed. He would not recommend this business because they did not fix the issue with his turn signal and due to the general attitude that the employees had.

Spoke with Maria. She said her vehicle came back in worse condition then she brought it in. She took her vehicle in to have the security features changed. When she got it back, her glove box was broken, her radio did not work and her gas gauge was broken. She was told her vehicle would be done in two days but it took two weeks. She was never told why it took so long or why all those things were broken on her vehicle. There was no communication and she had to call them but they still have not returned her call. She would not recommend them to others for the reasons mentioned.

Scott said he is currently working with this business to take care of his problem, and he feels confident with them. He originally went to them so they could put on new brakes, but after the service his vehicle's front rotors were constantly rusting. He would park the vehicle 1 night, and the rotor would be completely rusted the next morning.

"Great affordable repairs"
I had the lowers ball joints replaced. They got me in the next day and back out by noon. The car drives great.
