Mike said that he went to this business for an oil change and to get a leak checked out. He was quoted an outrageous price to fix the leak and the employees did not seem to want to fix it anyway. He added that there was also an issue with his turn signal that they said was fixed by replacing the bulb but it was not fixed. He would not recommend this business because they did not fix the issue with his turn signal and due to the general attitude that the employees had.

Spoke with Maria. She said her vehicle came back in worse condition then she brought it in. She took her vehicle in to have the security features changed. When she got it back, her glove box was broken, her radio did not work and her gas gauge was broken. She was told her vehicle would be done in two days but it took two weeks. She was never told why it took so long or why all those things were broken on her vehicle. There was no communication and she had to call them but they still have not returned her call. She would not recommend them to others for the reasons mentioned.

Outstanding help!
I hit a large pothole and thought I might have messed up my alignment and maybe damage my exhaust. I wanted it fixed before I went on a 500 mile trip. Kelly got me right in and it turned out that there was no damage. It made me feel safer for my trip!

Expedition with S/P Coil Issues Fall 2018
Great support. Campbell's is open and honest about the issue -- even if it is one they previously supported. Like the people there. Final coil replacement fixed the problem. Am concerned the plugs needed replacing -- but Campbell's only does the work required -- nothing more. Will definitely consider going back to them, once the plugs need to be changed.

On the return from a trip to Ohio, the car developed a problem that had to be dealt with quickly. Kelly, Mike & crew got us in as soon as they could and fixed it at a fair price!
