they need to do better
I was at this location for over 3 hours, not one advisor greeted me. I was there with my 3 month old and it was cold in the facility. My car still isn't fixed properly.

Thank you Ebonee for binging this matter to my attention.  I do apologize for the inconvenience.  Since this dealership was purchased there has been some transitional issues moving into Napleton's philosophy.  Although this is not you concern I have recently been hired to correct these issues and put into place process for the service department to decrease service times.  This will take some time but by your next visit you should see some improvement. Horrible
Take your car anywhere but here. It took them two weeks to replace ignition coils and spark plugs. This is a one hour job. They also misdiagnosed my car and rebuilt the engine. Turned out it was ignition coils. They charged $223 in labor for 2 ignition coils and 4 spark plugs. Outrageous. Picked up my car and it was covered in snow and I had to clean it off. Also the porter forgot to pick me up on two separate occasions. Additionally they dropped a wrench and scratched my bumper when fixing a trunk latch. I've given this place ample opportunities to improve and they fail everytime.

Dealership Unhelpful
Napleton would rather maintain their relationship with Kumho that admit their tires are defective. Dealership has done nothing to help maintain the relationship with their customer. Company will not honor the tire warranty they were so eager to sell me. I would not purchase Kuhmo tires on any future vehicle I purchase and Napleton has lost me as a customer for service and sales.

Unfortunately the transmission is a seperate unit and the fluid is not exchanged when the engine is replaced.  The filter I do agree should have been brought to your attention at that time but it does not come with an engine replacement either.

Order the right part next time!
My service advisor was great, however, the wrong part was ordered and so I will now have to make an extra trip back to St. Louis to get the re-ordered part installed. I'm not happy about that.

My gender does not equal gullible
I went to Napleton Hyundai to get the taillight wiring replaced but instead I was told I needed to replace my entire taillight lamp which is not connected to the wiring and was quoted a price of almost $400. I am not sure if the service advisor thought because I was a woman I would take his word for it and tell him to replace it (which I did not have them replace the lamp). I saw this as a tactic to have me pay for a service I did not need and to have me bring my vehicle back for the same issue and spend more money. I am angry with this stunt and would not return to have my car serviced at Napleton Hyundai.

Service Department Missed The Obvious
I brought my car in for factory recall and the service writer tried to tell me my battery needed to be replaced and I should do it with going into the winter but when I left and went to AutoZone they said the battery was only 2 years old and was in excellent condition. And what would had cost me at least $100.00 before tax for a cabon filter and I think they called it an exhaust or engine filter I got for about $30.00 and the guy put the one filter in for free. Plus the savings of at least $200.00 for a battery I did not need.
Then my service engine light was on with the display showing that my BSD System was not working which is a huge safety concern but they never said anything about it or tried to fix it. But can tell me I need filters, a battery and radiation flush.
