Disappointed
I've always been extremely pleased with the service at Mungenast Hyundai. I purchased my Hyundai there and, though I live in Illinois, I would still bring my vehicle in for routine maintenance. I was always able to pull in to the garage immediately and greeted by a friendly smile. The service was completed in a reasonable amount of time and a very clean car was returned to me at very low cost.

Now, at Napleton Hyundai, I waited in my car for nearly 10 minutes (though I was right on time) before being able to pull in to the garage. I was hit with a MUCH higher bill when only a few added checks were done and the tires rotated. As it was raining, they said they weren't going to wash my car, but, they would vacuum it thoroughly. That did not happen.

Definitely disappointed.

Engine replaced.
It took several days to get the ok to replace the engine. I was thankful for the rental car. We were not happy with the recall but it was under the gaurantee. I still have more work on the other car.

Didn't even know the ownership changed...
I find out once I get to my appointment it is a new place now so the service coupons I expected to have were not available. Service was poor and prices were high.

Not sure about Napleton
When this location was Mungenast I didn't have any issues (besides service taking a long time). Napleton has disappointed me in their level of communication. My oil change mileage was not updated and I was told I would receive my inspection information via email which never occurred. I don't know what services I need upcoming because I received no documentation. This was not a problem before the change in ownership.
