Wait time and communication
Waited 4 hours without an estimated wait time prior. Would prefer to know price of services before service is completed and explanation of services that were completed. No mention of anything that may need follow up and lack of communication around service updates, especially with the wait time. Amenities were nice.

Disappointed Service Customer
I'm disappointed that for the second time it was recommended that I purchase a new tire and a different establishment was able to repair the tire with no issues. If I would have fallen for this tactic I would be out of hundreds of dollars for no reason at all.

Engine stalling issue not corrected.
Very disappointed in the service I got on my cars engine stalling. Took car there for that reason. Sit there 5 hrs. Service dept instead focused on a recall and oil change. Told me they can't do anything about engine stall if they can't recreate it on a test drive. I was sent home without correcting the engine stalls which was main reason I came.
Car is still under warranty . It is the 3rd Hyundai in a row I purchased from dealership. Always have loved my Hyundai experience but now I have changed my opinion once I see there lack of concern.

Service Strikes Out
I made an appointment for 8am this morning to get an oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived at 8am, there was no one in the garage to greet me or take my keys. I wandered around a bit and after walking to the waiting room, someone rushed out to help me and tried to upsell me on a $450 transmission flush. Finally after two hours (odd since there were no cars or people when I arrived or in the waiting room) I paid $80 and drove off. I didn't receive an "inspection report" that is customary at a dealership. I didn't have a sticker in the windshield telling me when to return. Best of all, when I opened the hood of my car after hearing a strange noise, I found the engine oil cap sitting inside the hood. Now I have oil all over my engine and belts. I will not be returning to Napleton Hyundai and I realize now why there was no one there.

Too long service wait
Service took too long to complete. It was promised to be 1 hour but it took 4 hours. Plus there was no updates during wait and also no communication to the customer when the car is ready to pick up.

Scheduled Maintenance Appointment Took Entirely Too Long
Last week I called and set the appointment for an oil change, emissions test, and inspection. I was asked if there was a time frame I needed the maintenance done since I was waiting and I explained in the hour - hour and a half ballpark since I came in on my lunch break. By the time it was all said in done, I was at the dealership for over three hours. Furthermore, at the 2 hour mark I was given the option to take my car (with not all of the work done) and come back on another day. So, the solution for poor time management was to have me take more time out of my week to accommodate the dealership. To add insult to injury, my car was in the back of the line in the garage and I had to wait for other customers to drive their car out before I could leave so I sat for another 15 minutes.
